Secure Remote Backup
My remote backup service can securely protect your data. Using state-of-the-art encryption, it backs up to the Amazon S3 cloud (a large network of worldwide servers). Essentially, unless there is a global catastrophe your data is safe with me.
Purchasing Assistance
Fixing your computer is always the first option I consider, but sometimes it just doesn't make sense. In these case, I can help you find the right computer for your needs. I can assess your computing needs and make a recommendation, I can help you purchase the right system on-line, or I can join you in your favorite store so you don't talked get into buying something you do not really need.
Pick Up & Drop Off
In addition my on-site service option, I can also pick-up your computer and repair it off-site before returning it back to your office. This means that you do not have the hassle of unhooking your machine and driving it to a repair shop. Nor do you have to struggle with hooking it back up correctly once it is fixed. I will do all that for you. I will also sit down with you to explain what was done, answer any questions you may have and make sure you are all set and ready to rock!
